Dear Mark Garnier (Conservative MP), while I agree with your call for an election, my response to your plea for some time to then get your party into election mode is no. You’ve had 12 years, some of it with a large mandate, and all you’ve given us is a trashed economy, lower living standards, and a historically staggering number of personnel changes. You’ve had your chance to convince us that you’re capable of credible government, and you have failed. No more time.
